Parent Communication
We believe strong home–program communication is essential. Families receive ongoing updates about their child's learning, progress and daily experience. You'll always know how your child is doing and how to reach us.
Attendance
Consistent attendance is key to academic growth, especially in a small-group setting. Please notify us in advance of planned absences and as soon as possible for unexpected ones so we can adjust instruction.
Student Expectations
Students are expected to arrive ready to learn, engage respectfully with peers and instructors, and give their best effort. Our structured environment supports every child in meeting these expectations.
Progress Reports
Families receive regular updates on academic progress. Progress monitoring is ongoing so that instruction can be adjusted to support each learner's continued growth.
Learning Expectations
Every student is met at their level and gently stretched from there. We expect progress — not perfection — and we celebrate effort, growth and confidence.
Supply List
A simple supply list will be provided upon enrollment. We keep supplies minimal and purposeful so families are never overwhelmed.
Calendar
Our program follows a structured Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. A full academic calendar is shared with enrolled families.
Policies
Policies covering attendance, tuition, communication, health and program expectations are shared with families during the enrollment process to ensure a smooth partnership.
