Founder & Lead Educator
For more than 12 years, Micholee has served children as an elementary educator, helping students overcome learning challenges and discover confidence in themselves.
After years of teaching in traditional classrooms, she saw the same pattern again and again: capable, curious children slowly losing confidence — not because they lacked ability, but because they needed Individual attention, smaller learning groups . A safe environment to ask questions and grow.
Strategic Growth Learning Center is her answer. A place where every child is known by name, taught at their level, encouraged, and celebrated for their growth.

Why Strategic Growth exists.
Traditional classrooms serve many children well. But some students quietly fall behind — not because they aren't capable, but because they need more personalized instruction, additional encouragement, and the confidence that comes from being truly known.
Strategic Growth Learning Center was created to bridge that gap.

To provide K–6 students with focused, faith-filled small-group instruction that builds strong foundations in reading, writing and mathematics — and gives every child the confidence to succeed as a learner and as a person.

Our Teaching Philosophy
Children grow best when instruction meets them where they are. Small groups, structured routines, targeted teaching, and daily encouragement in Scripture and character are the foundation of meaningful growth — academically and spiritually.
Our Teaching Approach
Instruction is delivered in groups of just 3–5 students. That intentional structure allows for differentiated instruction, close progress monitoring, and daily opportunities for every child to be known and challenged at the right level.
Faith Woven Throughout
Bible, prayer, worship and Scripture are not add-ons. They are the heartbeat of our day — integrated through our Morning Gathering and our Kingdom Adventures™ curriculum.

We build character, not just report cards. Integrity, kindness, responsibility, perseverance, respect, leadership and service are taught alongside academics — because character lasts a lifetime.
